From inside the app
You → Profile → Us and you → Tell us what you think. Send an idea or a problem (with a screenshot if you like) and follow it: received → planned → done.
Quick fixes
Reminders don’t arrive (Android)
Some phones stop apps to save battery. Open your phone’s Settings → Apps → RYZE → Battery and choose “Unrestricted”, and check that notifications are on. Note that RYZE stays quiet during prayer times and sleep on purpose.
My rings are empty
Rings fill from Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iPhone). Open You → Profile → Settings → Health connections and allow what you want. Without them, rings use what you log in RYZE.
AI plan or food photo says “needs sign-in”
These features need an account and internet. Sign in with email, Google or Apple. Offline, RYZE gives you a template plan with the same screens.
I changed phones
If you’re signed in, your plan and logs sync. Check-in photos are encrypted on the old phone only and never sync, so check Settings → Privacy & export before you switch.
Change language or theme
You → Profile → Settings: language, units, light or dark theme, and Simple mode.
