About RYZE
What is RYZE?
RYZE is a gym and food app for Android and iPhone, in Egyptian Arabic and English. It builds a training plan and a food plan for you, logs your workouts, meals and water, and celebrates real progress. The idea in three words: You vs You. Your only rival is your ghost, the you of yesterday.
What is the “ghost”?
Your ghost is the last time you did the same thing: the weight and reps on the same exercise, or your number from last week. It shows hollow next to today’s number. Beat it and that’s a new record, and RYZE celebrates you.
When does it launch, and where do I get it?
RYZE is coming soon to Google Play and the App Store. The links will appear on this site as soon as they’re live. To hear the day it lands, email hi@vibe-platforms.com.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no subscription and nothing behind a paywall at launch, and there are no ads.
Is it only in Egyptian Arabic?
Egyptian Arabic first, with full English. Switch the language in Settings; digits follow the language (٨٢٫٥ in Arabic, 82.5 in English). Every line has a masculine and a feminine form.
Training and food
I’m a beginner. Is RYZE for me?
Yes. The assessment takes about 3.5 minutes, then you get a starter plan with suggested weights and a video for every exercise. The first thing you log becomes your ghost, and you start from there.
Is it for women too?
Of course. Women see female-demonstrated videos (with a male fallback when a movement has none), every line is written in the feminine form, and the monthly check-in defaults to measurements instead of photos. You can switch.
If I miss a few days, do I lose anything?
No. Nothing resets to zero and none of your history is wiped. If you’re away 10 days or more, RYZE restarts you light (70%, then 85%) until you’re back to your ghost.
Is the food halal?
Yes. The library is halal by default: pork and alcohol recipes were removed.
I have a family feast. What do I do?
Tap + → Feast now. RYZE tells you what to eat, in order and in Egyptian portions, with ready lines for the “eat more!” moment. The feast counts as on plan, and the next day is normal, with nothing to make up.
Do I need internet at the gym?
No. Your plan, the libraries and logging all work offline. You only need internet to sign in, build an AI plan, estimate a food photo and sync.
Does RYZE replace a doctor or a dietitian?
No. RYZE is a fitness and lifestyle app, not a medical device and not medical advice. Numbers are estimates. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or are being treated for something, talk to your doctor before starting a new program.
Privacy and your account
Do I need an account?
No. You can use RYZE as a guest. An account (email, Google or Apple) unlocks sync, AI plans and food photo estimates.
Where do my body photos go?
Only to your phone. Check-in photos are encrypted on the device, stay blurred until you unlock them with your fingerprint or face, and are never uploaded to our servers.
What does RYZE read from Health Connect or Apple Health?
Only if you allow it: steps, active calories, exercise minutes, sleep, heart rate and weight. They are used on your phone to fill your rings and track your progress. We don’t sell them or use them for ads, and everything works without them.
What does the AI see?
When you ask for a plan or snap a meal, your assessment answers or the meal photo are sent to an AI provider to build the plan or the estimate, only after you agree. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You → Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Or on the web from the delete-your-account page, even if you already removed the app.
What age is RYZE for?
RYZE is made for adults, 18 and over.
I have an idea or a problem.
