Food

A real Egyptian table

Food you actually eat, named the way you say it, in the portions you actually serve: a loaf, a plate, a spoon, a finger, a skewer.

Log it the way that suits you

As planned

One tap on “Ate it ✓” and the meal is logged.

Manually

Search the library and pick an Egyptian portion: a plate, a loaf, a spoon, a finger, a skewer.

With a photo

Snap your plate and get an estimate as a range that you confirm or edit.

Everyday · Balanced · Treat

Food sits in three tiers with no judgement. There’s no “cheat”: a treat is a treat (مزاج). Calories show as a 7-day average, so one day never ruins how you feel.

A gift treat meal

After about 3 weeks of sticking with it, RYZE picks a treat meal for you as a reward, never announced in advance or counted down. Keep it, take one of two alternatives, or re-roll.

Family feasts (عزومة)

A family feast counts as on plan

In Egypt the invitation comes suddenly. So RYZE is built for the surprise first.

  1. The phone rings

Your aunt: “Come have lunch with us.” Tap + → Feast now.

  2. At the table

A dark screen, big text, no sound and no confetti. Pick the dishes in front of you.

  3. Your plate

RYZE tells you what to eat, in order and in Egyptian portions, with ready lines for the “eat more!” moment.

  4. Done

The log is pre-filled with a range, and you can add how you felt with one tap. “Feast handled like a champ.”

  • A feast counts as on plan in your rhythm. The next day is a normal day, with no making up for it.
  • “It happened”: log any off-plan food in two taps, with no “why?”.
  • Forgot to log? The next morning a “Anything off-plan yesterday?” card offers one-tap options.
  • Know about it already? “I have a feast”: who, when, every Friday, hosting, or Eid visits.

Send the recipe to mom

Send any recipe as a neat image card and text on WhatsApp. And your whole plan as a 4-page RYZE-styled PDF.

Numbers are estimates, not medical advice. If you have a health condition or a special diet, talk to your doctor or a dietitian.
