Every page of the app, in detail

Five tabs: Today · Train · + · Food · You. And one + button that logs anything in seconds.

Today

Your day on one screen

Cards in the same order every day, and the card that matters rises to the top right when you need it.

  • “Up next”: your next 2 or 3 reminders, each with a bell. “Whole day ›” shows the full day line.
  • Today’s moment: an Egyptian line and a fact about your ghost.
  • Today’s workout with a video poster and sets × reps, or a “well-earned rest” card on rest days.
  • 75 minutes before the gym: coffee and bag checklist. At night: “You’re better than yesterday.”
  • Water every day, rest days too: 33 ml per kg, +500 ml on training days, in 250 ml cups.
  • Rings for steps, active minutes, active calories and sleep from your watch, or from in-app data if you have none.
  • The + button: a glass of water · snap your food · log a meal · feast now · it happened · my weight · start a workout. Long-press adds 250 ml.

Workout

The journey: one step per session

A Kufic stair where every step is a session, and a clear calendar: done is solid, planned is hollow, rest is dashed. It is never red, and it never counts days in a row.

  • A video for every exercise, everywhere, with 4 × 8 · 82.5 kg, the rest time and last time on every row.
  • Women see female-demonstrated videos, with a male fallback when none exists. Men see male videos.
  • Lock-in: one tap to start, the video on top, a big set card, your ghost’s numbers, the rest timer and Egyptian coach lines. Log a set in under 5 seconds.
  • Swap any exercise mid-session, even after sets are done: don’t like it · machine taken · it hurts. Alternatives come with videos.
  • A new record mid-session gets a volt toast. The session’s first record gets a full moment, then the receipt: you vs your ghost, volume, time and records.
  • “+ Change your plan”: move a day, swap the program, build a manual plan, or “restore RYZE’s suggestion”.

Food

Today’s table

A day of real photos, and your next meal up front with three taps: Ate it ✓ · Swap · Snap.

  • Log as planned with one tap, manually in Egyptian portions (a plate, a loaf, a spoon, a finger, a skewer), or snap your plate for an estimate shown as a range you confirm or edit.
  • Swap a meal for 3 photo alternatives within ±10%, or “Tell RYZE” one request and preview it before you apply.
  • Calories show as a 7-day average and are never red. Food tiers: everyday · balanced · treat (مزاج).
  • A gift treat meal: RYZE picks it as a reward for sticking with it, never announced or counted down. Keep it, take an alternative, or re-roll.
  • Family feasts count as on plan, and “It happened” logs any off-plan food in two taps, with no “why?”.
  • “Send the recipe to mom” on WhatsApp, and your plan as a RYZE-styled PDF.
The food library and feast mode

You · Progress

Your story, not a report card

Progress opens with what you’re great at, and it ends: “That’s all we have today.” A feed with an end.

  • Three rings: Train · Food · Health, over 7 days, 30 days or since day one. A hollow square marks your ghost; the arc past it turns volt.
  • You vs your ghost inside comparison pages: start vs now, chapters, comebacks and record details.
  • A 28-day rhythm as a percentage and a word, never a down arrow. Rest days count.
  • Your shelf: 32 personal achievements as Kufic badges. Only you see them, and they never go away.
  • Every month is a new chapter with an animated wrap, plus a yearly wrap in December. Just for you.

From your shelf

  • First ghost broken
  • First record
  • Feast handled
  • The comeback
  • Chapter one
  • 30 water days

Every 30 days

The monthly check-in

Every 30 days a calm card appears on Today, and it waits up to 7 days with no pressure.

  • Your weight, then photos (men’s default) or 6 measurements (women’s default): waist, hips, chest, arm, thigh and neck. Anyone can switch.
  • Each measurement is taken twice and averaged. Changes are grey, never red.
  • Photos are encrypted, stay on your phone, and stay blurred until you unlock them with your fingerprint or face.
  • One page per chapter with your photos and measurements, and you can compare any two chapters.

The smart layer

A plan that learns from you

After the assessment, RYZE builds a training plan and a food plan for you. You approve or edit them, and every automatic change comes with a “why?”.

  • It learns from your feedback after each exercise (for the first two weeks, then only when the load changes), your swap reasons, the meals you swap or like, and the reminders you ignore.
  • The defaults are shown and editable: 8 weeks · 4 days · 55 min · rest 2:00 / 1:30 · +2.5 kg auto-increase.
  • Food photo estimates come as a range that you confirm or edit. All numbers are estimates, not medical advice.
  • Offline, or the AI is unavailable? Template plans with the same approval screens.
  • Plan requests and meal photos are sent to an AI provider for processing, only after you agree. Details are in the privacy policy.

Made for you

The small things that matter

Works offline

Libraries, plans and logging live on your phone. The gym doesn’t need Wi-Fi.

Reminders on time

About 10 on a training day and 7 on a rest day, each at its moment. Quiet during prayer times and sleep. Hype, calm or minimal.

Simple mode

Bigger text, 3 tabs, only 3 things a day, and a light theme.

The comeback

Away 10 days or more? “You’re back. That’s what matters.” You restart at 70%, and none of your history is lost.

Health Connect & Apple Health

Steps, active calories, exercise minutes, sleep, heart rate and weight. Only if you allow it, and everything works without it.

Egyptian, for men and women

Egyptian Arabic first, full English. Every line has a masculine and a feminine form.

RYZE is a fitness and lifestyle app, not medical advice. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor before starting a new program.
